22–23 July 2010 - Economic Development Workshop
(Standort-Dialog)

Munich: the five-star city has to save!
Working and living: better in the 'burbs but central after all

Behind closed doors, the Munich financial experts are still discussing where money will be saved, made to go further, and cut. Munich-area municipalities also have to save money and so real estate as a cost is being scrutinized.

What does this mean for owners of real estate and for project developers?
Who are the winners and losers of the current situation?
And where are the current locations for investment?

The answers are given at the economic development workshop (Standort-Dialog) “Munich—the five-star city has to save. Be very careful! Preferably inside, or outside after all?” on 22 and 23 July 2010 at the Munich Airport Business Park. The focus of the first day is commercial real estate; for the second, residential real estate occupies centre stage.

The organiser, Heuer Dialog, is expecting 70 attendees, including project developers, investors, property developers, architects, and representatives from banks and/or municipalities.
