Good reasons to locate your business here and an attractive business climate characterise the NordAllianz. With a population of more than 117,500 (2008), the communities of this region have the combined population of a large city. The population growth of 1.5% annually is the highest in Germany.

Within the past 20 years, the population has continued to grow steadily. The communities offer the advantages of the combination of an uncomplicated area to live and work in and the the flair of big-city life.

The variety of social, cultural and economic ties to the capital city of Bavaria, Munich, are an expression of the dynamism of this region.

Characteristic for this development is the number of young families which have made the communities of the NordAllianz their home. The large percentage of the population between the ages of 30 and 49–over two-thirds of the total population–demonstrates this.
